Ikat to Love

Here I go again.
It's no secret.........I love the pattern of ikat
.
the pattern is so fascinating, nice welting detail here

enthralling contrasts ='s color riot!

good combination-small scale print sheets, large scale ikat coverlet

an ikat evolution-before
after

hand painted ikat.
in my opinion, I would not choose these pulls, they feel a little to chinoiserie for this piece & are overly decorative, they take away from the hand painted detail, great color choice!

these are cards, you may write a note on the back
or
arrange them in a series of small frames or put them under glass on a desk top

Awesome Desert Southwest Style at Anthropology!

So happy to see some new Desert Southwest.
For a new interpretation of the style I would use all but the white rug.

I think this chesterfield sofa is so chic and lends itself to Southwest Style. Its color is not typical for Southwest Style and that is why I would use it. Always good to reinterpret and this dark warm olive says comfort all the way.

This is a mid-century leather beauty. Who knew Anthropology would go Desert Southwest!

Another beauty…. so gorgeous!
I would put a cow hide rug with a rustic handmade table with this Ikat settee.

This chunky, modern feeling wing back goes Southwest in a print reminiscent of an Indian blanket.

Love the new stuff Anthro !
